Tandoori-Spiced Salmon Sheet Pan ExactPack

Great dish. Loved the salmon, and easy to prepare. Also good with the roasted vegetables alongside. I like variety, so having a different spice mix to accompany my salmon is fun.

I used a 1.3lb center cut piece of wild salmon. Slathered the spice mixture (as recommended) on the salmon and found I had extra, so I cut up 1.13 of boneless and skinless chicken thighs and marinated that in the remaining yogurt spice mixture. Salmon cooked beautifully in the oven potatoes and broccoli roasted alongside) and chicken was yummy on the stovetop.
